The Urban Adaptation Map Viewer aims to provide an overview of the current and future climate hazards facing the European cities, the vulnerability of the cities to these hazards and their adaptive capacity. The map viewer collates information from various sources on the observed and projected spatial distribution and intensity of high temperatures, flooding, water scarcity, and wildfires.
An open platform that is designed for diverse needs and interests - from science, policy and practice; public, private and voluntary sectors; large and small organisations, as well as individuals providing a knowledge database, where the latest thinking on natural capital, ecosystem services and nature-based solutions is brought together.
